Step 5: List the home Professional photos, accurate pricing, and clear disclosures matter.

Step 6: Review offers Cash buyers, investors, and traditional buyers all bring different pros and cons.

Step 7: Close the sale Your agent coordinates with the attorney, title company, and heirs.
